Project Summary: This project is about understanding the interpersonal and group processes which influence the way members connect with the external entities (boundary spanning) and how boundary spanning helps to improve the effectiveness and survival of the organization.
Project Summary: An Initiative taken under the State Support Mission (SSM) of the NITI Aayog. IIM Calcutta has been invited to act as a Lead Knowledge Institute (LKI) in collaboration with Tripura Institution for Transformation (TIFT) to transform Tripura into a premier pharmaceutical investment hub.
Work Summary: Assisted faculties in the PGP Cohort 2021-23. Was responsible for designing and structuring course content and selecting cases for class discussions. Additionally, I was responsible for evaluating case reports, answering scripts, clearing student doubts, and preparing grade sheets.
